Our Policies
1. Payment Policy

The total rental fee for the 360 Photo Booth is required for a duration of two hours at the event.
a. Deposit:
-
A nonrefundable deposit of $125.00 is required within 24 hours of signing the contract.

The deposit is transferable to another event or person at a later date.
b. Balance Due/Late Fee:
-
The remaining balance, minus the deposit, is due 7 days before the event.
-
A late fee of $25.00 will apply if payment is not received by the due date.
c. Overage Charges:
-
Additional time will be billed at $100.00 per hour, payable before extra hours are provided.

No refunds will be issued if the event ends earlier than booked.
d. Rights to Photos:
-
The Client has permission to use all media generated by the Photo Booth for any purpose.
e. Date Changes:
-
Any date change requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and a new agreement.
f. Taxes:
-
All applicable taxes will be communicated at the time of signing.
g. Photo Booth Failure:
-
If the Provider cannot provide a working Photo Booth, the Client will receive a full refund, with no further claims for damages.
h. Travel Fee:
-
An $80.00 travel fee applies for travel beyond 40 miles.
i. Event Changes:
-
Changes to the event (including add-ons or removals) must be made at least 5 days before the event.
2. Terms and Conditions
a. Operations:
-
The Provider will deliver, set up, and remove the Photo Booth, with a technician present to operate it.
b. Space and Placement:
-
The Client must provide a designated area of at least 10ft x 10ft x 10ft and necessary power at least 1 hour before the event.

Outdoor setups require adequate shade or shelter; setups will not be performed in unfavorable weather conditions.
c. Damage to Equipment:

The Client is responsible for any damages due to misuse or theft.

The Provider reserves the right to cease operations in unsafe weather, with no refunds issued.
d. Liability and Indemnification:

The Provider is not liable for any damages related to the Agreement.

The Client agrees to indemnify the Provider against any claims related to the event, assuming all related legal fees.
3. Governing Law
-
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the event is held.
4. Additional Terms & Conditions
-
Zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment or unruly behavior towards staff.
-
The Provider may leave if staff feels unsafe; no refunds will be provided in such instances.
5. Entire Agreement
-
This document constitutes the complete agreement and cannot be modified unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
6. Execution

Each party confirms that their representative has the authority to enter into this Agreement.
